Assistant Principal
We are looking for an Assistant Principal who is passionate about hands-on, multidisciplinary learning and will enforce WPCS’s unique vision in fostering a learning environment where students spend significant time outdoors and interacting with the arts. Candidates should be innovative visionaries who are committed to life-long learning.
The ideal candidate has leadership experience in an Elementary School setting, has extensive experience with Special Education and can support teachers in working collaboratively and in an interdisciplinary manner. This candidate is committed to the arts, arts integration and the environment. He or she will be able to equip teachers with the resources needed to maximize learning out of doors.
Our ideal AP is flexible, enjoys working within the school’s community, is invested in working with underserved populations and demonstrates these capabilities by maintaining a track record of measurable student gains.

Elementary Classroom Teachers

Support Staff
Watershed is looking for a lunch and recess assistant to help out every day that students are in the building from 10:30-1:30. Responsibilities would include cleaning and disinfecting tables in the cafeteria and recess monitoring. Assistants will help students throughout their lunch. Please call the school between 8-4 if you are interested!

Facilities & Operations
Operations Manager
Watershed Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Tech with an outstanding knowledge of building trades, general upkeep and maintenance. The Maintenance Tech is expected to have strong organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to project manage and supervise others. Some administrative skills are preferred. Candidates should be familiar with maintenance procedures and be knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and practices. Top candidates will also have some background or interest in agriculture and the mission of our school.
Regular hours are 7am-3pm with occasional weekend and evening work. This position is salaried, but not benefits eligible. This position reports to the WPCS Executive
Watershed Inc. is looking for an Operations Manager with experience leading, tracking and managing multiple projects. Candidates should have strong organizational and time management skills. The Operations Manager will coordinate routine maintenance and special building projects. Some knowledge of building trades, general upkeep and maintenance is preferred. Top candidates will also have some background or interest in agriculture and the mission of Watershed Public Charter School..
